Due to constant Russian attacks, PJSC "Donetskoblgaz" will suspend gas supply in Pokrovsk starting December 12.
This was reported by the company’s press service.
"Due to the escalation caused by Russia’s full-scale invasion, the distribution of natural gas in Pokrovsk will be suspended from December 12, 2024," the statement notes.
Donetskoblgaz emphasized that due to significant damage to the gas pipelines and constant attacks, eliminating the consequences of hostilities on the gas distribution system and restoring gas supply to consumers is impossible.
The company urges its consumers in Pokrovsk, if possible, to shut off the gas valves on gas appliances and on the gas pipeline to the appliances. Consumers in the city’s private sector are asked to close the shut-off device on the gas pipeline leading into the house.
