Russian forces have completely captured the high-rise area in Kurakhove, and Ukrainian troops now control only the industrial zone of the Kurakhivska TPP.
This was reported by a Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter with the call sign "Muchnyi".
"Leaving this zone is possible only if the enemy secures a position in Dachne, which is located near the Kurakhove-Zaporizhzhya highway. At the moment, the enemy is conducting attacks in this direction and trying to gain a foothold in the outermost houses," the military personnel noted.
In addition, according to him, Russian troops have entered Zelenivka, located southwest of Kurakhove, which is just over three kilometers from the highway from Zaporizhzhya. If Russian forces secure Zelenivka, "then the Kurakhove cauldron will soon form," believes "Muchnyi".
