In Kharkiv, heating has been restored to some of the buildings that were left without heat due to the morning shelling.

This was reported by the city mayor, Ihor Terekhov.

According to him, heating has been restored in 1,378 residential buildings, which accounts for about 200,000 apartments.

Repair crews continue to work on restoring heating in other buildings affected by the attack.
