According to the statement by Deputy Minister of Justice Mykola Kucheryavenko, there will soon be an opportunity to apply for the "Winter eSupport," obtain a certificate of a child’s place of residence, and receive various social benefits and services for IDPs.
From January 5th, Ukraine will restore access to essential social services that were unavailable due to a cyber attack by Russia. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Mykola Kucheryavenko, during a broadcast on the "We Are Ukraine" channel.
The Deputy Minister of Justice emphasized that starting tomorrow, capabilities such as applying for the "Winter eSupport," obtaining a certificate of a child’s place of residence, assistance for single mothers and fathers for children, assistance for persons with disabilities from childhood, assistance for children with disabilities, and providing services for IDPs will be restored.
The official noted that the "eMarriage" service will be restored in a few days, as it is necessary to process all the paper documents accumulated during this period beforehand.
Mykola Kucheryavenko also announced the restoration of a number of electronic interactions with government bodies using data from the affected registries. In particular, this concerns the registries of the State Migration Service, the Tax Service, the Pension Fund, the Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
