Stefanchuk expressed his opinion on the return of People’s Deputy Tyshchenko to the Verkhovna Rada

Member of Parliament Mykola Tyshchenko, accused of the illegal deprivation of liberty of a war veteran, attended a parliamentary session on legal grounds.

This was stated by spokesperson Ruslan Stefanchuk.

«As far as I am informed, Tyshchenko has completed procedural issues related to house arrest. As a member of parliament, he exercised his right and came to the parliament», – he said.

According to Stefanchuk, Tyshchenko did not inform the leadership of the Rada about his intention to visit the parliament.

The speaker also noted that the Ukrainian parliament has functioned and will continue to function solely within the limits provided by law.
