Yuriy Hurskyi, Acting Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Odesa region and Deputy Head of the Service’s Department in Rivne region, along with his wife Oksana, submitted a declaration for 2023, which reveals a significant array of real estate, movable property, incomes, and savings. However, the values of many objects in the declaration are not specified.
In particular, the family owns a land plot of 375 sq. m in Skole (Lviv region), as well as an apartment of 41.7 sq. m, where Yuriy Hurskyi has a 16% share, along with other co-owners. In Lviv, the family owns a house of 439 sq. m, and Oksana Hurska has an apartment of 72.7 sq. m, purchased in 2020. Yuriy Hurskyi himself has been renting an apartment in Lviv since July of last year.
Oksana Hurska also owns a non-residential premise of 55.9 sq. m, which she acquired in May 2024. Regarding vehicles, Yuriy Hurskyi owns two Mercedes-Benz E-320 cars, one of which was purchased for 10,000 UAH in October 2022, and the other for 190,000 UAH in August 2022. In 2023, Oksana Hurska received a 2022 Tesla Model Y, the cost of which was not indicated in the declaration.
Oksana Hurska declared income from entrepreneurial activities amounting to 5.43 million UAH, as well as a salary of 140,000 UAH from two companies: LLC "Transport Systems" and LLC "Bortnyanskyi 28." Yuriy Hurskyi received 626,640 UAH from the State Tax Service.
Additionally, the family owns significant cash savings — 67,000 USD, 35,000 EUR, and 750,000 UAH in cash, most of which belongs to the official’s wife.
Oksana Hurska also has the opportunity to work as a neurologist at the "Oculus" clinic.
