In the Kupyansk district of the Kharkiv region, the zone of mandatory evacuation for families with children has been expanded.

"At the next meeting of the region’s Defence Council, a decision was made for the mandatory evacuation of families with children from four settlements in the Velykyi Burluk community and 12 villages in the Kindrashivka community," the statement said.
The decision was made due to intensified enemy shelling, emphasized the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
"According to our information, in the specified villages of the Velykyi Burluk community, there are 90 children from 56 families, and in the settlements of the Kindrashivka community, 177 children from 108 families are subject to evacuation. In total, we need to evacuate 267 children with their families from 16 settlements to safe locations. We urge families with minors to preserve lives and leave dangerous areas," said the head of the Regional Administration.
It is noted that relevant services have determined evacuation routes and temporary living arrangements for the people.
