The Anti-Corruption Court has again extended the arrest of the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the detention period of the head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission, Khmelnytskyi Regional Council deputy Tetyana Krupa, who is suspected of illegal enrichment, until March 23, 2025.

At the same time, her alternative in the form of bail was reduced from 280 to 260 million UAH.

This was reported by the HACC press service, without specifying the figure’s name.

According to the information from "Slovo i Dilo," it specifically refers to Tetyana Krupa. Earlier, the court extended Krupa’s arrest but reduced the amount of alternative bail from 300 to 280 million UAH.

“On January 23, the investigative judge of the HACC partially satisfied the motion of the NABU detective and extended the preventive measure in the form of detention, which was previously applied to the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission. The duration is 60 days, until March 23, 2025, inclusive. At the same time, the investigative judge determined a different amount of bail, which amounts to 260 million UAH,” the court informs.
