In Mariupol, located in the Donetsk region and captured by Russian forces, the occupiers have begun selling apartments in new buildings. The price of a one-room apartment is 7.5 million rubles, equivalent to approximately 76 thousand dollars.
This was reported by the Mariupol City Council.
Officials note that the apartments are sold without renovation or furniture, but local realtors promise residents great views, the sea, and "comfort."
Meanwhile, thousands of Mariupol residents who have been left homeless due to the fighting and occupation continue to remain without homes for the third year.
