Oleksandr Pikulyk, a deputy of the Irpin Council, failed to declare property valued at hundreds of millions of hryvnias.

«Officially, Pikulyk is registered at the address Irpin, Z. Aliyeva Street 70, while his wife is registered in the city of Irpin, Soborna Street 155. Meanwhile, the Pikulik family has been living for over 10 years in an elite suburban house in the resort area of Lisova Bucha. In this area of the Kyiv region, plots start at 10 thousand dollars per sotka, and the house itself costs at least 500 thousand dollars. And, of course, it is not mentioned in Pikulik’s declarations», the journalists claim.
Most of Pikulyk’s companies are registered under his wife, Pustavska, who is not listed in the deputy’s declaration. The woman simultaneously acts as the director in two companies. She is also the owner of 4 more and a beneficial owner of 2 companies. All enterprises are surprisingly closely linked to Oleksandr Pikulik. Some companies are co-owned by the couple, in some Pustavska is the director and Pikulik is the owner.
The deputy also failed to declare expensive watches, weapons, and an elite car fleet. In particular, a Mercedes-Benz s63 AMG registered to Halyna Volodymyrivna Pustavska. The car is in Pikulik’s constant use, and its value is over ten million hryvnias. It was in this car that Pikulik crossed the border four times during the war with permission from the KOVA. However, the administration couldn’t provide information on the purpose of such trips by Pikulyk when requested by journalists.
Journalists also published documents according to which Pikulyk’s mother spent 32 million hryvnias to purchase about 10 apartments in an elite residential complex in Irpin. Moreover, the pensioner became the owner of 3 commercial premises in the same complex as Pustavska’s wife. Their area is 250 sq. m, and the cost is at least 15 million UAH.
Pikulyk uses two of these premises free of charge and without any agreement, and this is not mentioned in his declarations. Currently, the pensioner lives abroad and owns elite real estate there.
«Overall, in recent years, Pikulyk acquired about 40 real estate objects, elite cars, and received multi-million statutory capitals in several firms. The undeclared assets of his mother and wife have also significantly increased. The declarations are full of dubious loans from relatives and employees. One million two hundred from his mother, one and a half million from his brother’s wife, almost four million from colleagues, million-dollar gifts from godfather Badrudinov, and so on», add the journalists.
Recall that Oleksandr Pikulyk has repeatedly been involved in scandals. In particular, in 2020, the police caught him drunk driving. Later, the deputy staged a shooting spree with award weapons in one of the restaurants in Irpin. After this, the leader of «Batkivshchyna», Yuliya Tymoshenko, intended to deprive him of his mandate.
Later, Pikulyk illegally took over the «Tsentralnyi» residential complex, which belonged to his former partner. Currently, an investigation is underway regarding this fact, corporate rights have been seized, but the sale of apartments in the controversial residential complex continues.
