As a result of the night drone attack on the Mykolaiv CHP, the city’s energy generation suffered critical damage.

«We are now trying to restore heat supply using alternative methods. Work is ongoing, but the situation is really difficult,» he noted.
Due to the destruction of the CHP, many homes have been left without heat, and some areas are experiencing power outages. Energy workers and utility services are working on emergency solutions, but due to the extensive damage, there are currently no forecasts for full recovery.
The local authorities urge the city’s residents to prepare for a possible prolonged shutdown of heating and electricity, and to observe safety measures during possible new attacks.
