Hackers have breached the system of one of the largest internet providers in Ukraine, "Lanet".
Users from the Odesa region have started receiving messages about a "transition to Russian jurisdiction" due to "agreements between the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and the President of the USA, Donald Trump."
