As a result of a Russian airstrike on a residential building in Kherson, the first casualties have been reported.
According to the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, among them are 13-year-old twins, a boy and a girl.
“The children sustained blast injuries and are in a state of severe stress. Currently, they are under medical supervision in the hospital,” Prokudin noted.
In addition, rescuers freed a man who was trapped on the eighth floor.
According to the latest data, a total of five people have been injured. The mother of the twins remains trapped under the rubble, and rescue operations are ongoing.
