Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer and Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet on Downing Street on Saturday afternoon.
This was reported by numerous British media outlets citing a spokesperson for the UK government.
The statement from the spokesperson was made after the Ukrainian president’s plane landed in the United Kingdom on Saturday.
On Sunday, Volodymyr Zelenskyy will participate in a major summit in London on the security of Ukraine and Europe, organized by Keir Starmer.
Earlier, Starmer, following a dispute at the White House, had a phone conversation with the President of Ukraine and confirmed that he is expecting him at the summit in London.
Yesterday, Starmer also had a phone conversation with Donald Trump.
After this, the UK government stated that Starmer "maintains unwavering support for Ukraine and is doing everything possible to find a path to lasting peace based on Ukraine’s sovereignty and security."
