Russian military forces shelled a private house in the city of Beryslav, Kherson region, resulting in the death of a 63-year-old woman.
This was reported on Facebook by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
"According to the investigation, on the afternoon of March 1, 2025, Russian military personnel shelled the city of Beryslav, Kherson region. As a result of the impact on a private house, a 63-year-old woman sustained injuries incompatible with life," the report said.
It was noted that a criminal proceeding has been initiated for the war crime leading to the death of a person (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
