The High Anti-Corruption Court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of bail amounting to 2 million UAH, imposing duties on the former Chief of Military Communications of the Armed Forces, Volodymyr Rapko, in the case concerning misconduct during the development of the automated system "Dzvin".
This was reported by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, but the name of the suspect was not specified.
According to "Slovo i Dilo", it refers specifically to Rapko, whose residence was previously searched in this case.
"On March 4, 2025, a HACC investigating judge upheld the position of the SAPO prosecutor and applied a preventive measure against the former Chief of Military Communications of the Armed Forces, suspected of embezzling budget funds during the creation of the automated system of the Operational Control Center of the Armed Forces ’Dzvin’. The court partially satisfied the motion of NABU detectives, agreed upon by the SAPO prosecutor, and applied a preventive measure in the form of bail amounting to 2 million UAH to the major general," the prosecution informs.
The suspect was also imposed with the following duties: to appear upon the first request; not to leave the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; to inform about any change of residence and work; to refrain from discussing the circumstances outlined in the notice of suspicion with other suspects in the case and witnesses; to hand over foreign passports for safekeeping and wear an electronic bracelet.
