Rescuers quickly contained the fire in Chernihiv, which occurred as a result of a strike on a multi-story building.
Currently, an Invincibility Point is operating on-site, and psychologists from the State Emergency Service are providing assistance to the victims.
"A fire in a summer house in a private sector was also extinguished after being caused by shelling. Information about the casualties is being clarified," reported the State Emergency Service.
