The Russian occupiers shelled the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region with MLRS, resulting in the injury of a 38-year-old local resident.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
“The occupiers attacked Kupyansk. As a result of the MLRS strike, a utility structure was damaged. A 38-year-old man was injured,” Syniehubov reported.
He noted that as a result of an enemy drone strike of the "Molniya" type, a residential building was damaged. A 58-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man experienced an acute stress reaction.
