The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence Kyrylo Budanov stated that he does not consider those who do not want to "work for victory" to be citizens of Ukraine.
"How can someone who does not wish to defend Ukraine be considered a citizen of Ukraine? And is he still a citizen after that?... He in no way can consider himself a citizen, and society should treat him accordingly," said the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate.
"Some can defend with a firearm in their hands. Some, as they say, work for victory from the rear, but everyone must contribute to this victory. And if a person says: no, let someone else do it - no, you are not a citizen," Budanov added.
