The Council formed a Temporary Special Commission (TSC) to investigate violations in military commissariats, MP Horbenko reported.
According to him, the decision was made amid numerous complaints from citizens regarding illegal actions of the military commissariats and a demand for increased oversight of the mobilization processes.
«Members of Parliament are indeed exercising their oversight function, contacting law enforcement agencies and, frankly speaking, summoning some individuals for questioning. Unlike special commissions, the TSC has the authority to initiate investigative actions and facilitate bringing those involved in violations to justice,» Horbenko stated.
