On the evening of Tuesday, April 8, Russian occupying forces attacked Dnipro using "Shaheds". A series of explosions were heard in the city, fires broke out, and 14 people are known to have been injured.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak. There are damages to apartment buildings, private houses, and cars were burned.
Due to the attack on Dnipro, 14 people were injured, ranging from 18 to 87 years old, with seven hospitalized. One woman is in a serious condition, while others have moderate injuries.
The injured have cuts, shrapnel wounds, bruises, and traumatic brain injuries. Some required assistance due to severe stress.
The mayor, Borys Filatov noted that residential buildings were again under attack. At least two hundred windows were broken in the apartment buildings.
"City hospitals are receiving the injured. Utility workers are waiting for permission from rescuers and police to start work," the mayor wrote.
Later, he specified that in Dnipro, five apartment buildings were affected, with some having damaged gas communications. There is also damage in the private sector.
