This was reported by a Telegram channel close to the Office of the President.
This is grounds for revoking his parliamentary mandate.
According to the Telegram channel, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko, in his usual manner, is covering for the corrupt official Opadchyi and deliberately concealing his statement about relinquishing his duties.
