The SSU confirms the notification of suspicion to the former deputy mayor of Kyiv, Prokopiv, in the case of organizing "schemes for draft evaders."
According to the investigation’s version, this official facilitated the departure of men to the EU through the "Shlyakh" system, using the guise of delivering humanitarian goods to Ukraine, including fuel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a result, in just two months of 2022 (May-June), more than 30 men left Ukraine.
