In Izyum, a Russian UAV hit a "Nova Poshta" branch


On the night of May 4, Russian occupiers attacked settlements in the Izyum district. In the district center, the enemy hit a "Nova Poshta" branch, and a fire broke out in a multi-story building.

In one of the district’s villages, an educational institution and a warehouse building caught fire, and the village council building was partially destroyed. 

The consequences of the attack were reported by the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine.

The SES stated that the Russians used drones for strikes on the settlements of the Izyum area. There were recorded destructions and fires.

Izyum, in particular, was under attack.

"In Izyum, due to a drone strike on the post office building, a fire broke out over an area of 500 square meters. Timber in an open area and the balcony of a multi-story residential building caught fire," the SES reported.

The invaders also attacked the village of Levkivka in the Izyum district. There, an educational institution burned over an area of 200 square meters, as well as a warehouse building and grass in an open area. In addition, the village council building was partially destroyed. 

"Preliminarily – no casualties or injuries," the SES added.
