In the south of Odesa region, an earthquake was felt: the epicenter was in Romania


In the evening of May 11, residents of the southern part of the Odesa region, including Izmail and Reni, reported noticeable tremors resembling an earthquake.

The information is being actively shared by local Telegram channels and communities.

According to seismic activity monitoring services, the earthquake’s epicenter was located in Romania, near the border with Ukraine. The exact magnitude of the tremors is yet to be confirmed, but it is reported that they could be felt in the southwestern part of the Odesa region.
