Ukrainian artist, star of "Dizel Show" and a serviceman of the Defence Forces Maksym Nelipa was killed at the front in Ukraine. His life was cut short on May 12, 2025, during a combat mission.
This was reported by Maksym Radutskyi on Facebook. "Maks is no more," he wrote, adding a photo of the Hero from the front.
The information was confirmed by the military’s wife on Facebook, noting that there are no details about the artist’s death yet. It is only known that his life ended in battle with the enemy.
"An investigation into the circumstances is underway. As explained in the unit where he served recently and was appointed commander. I have no words and tears. My condolences to our children, my deepest condolences to Maksik’s mother, relatives, and friends! I sympathize with myself and all of us! This is an unbearable loss that we now have to live with. Damn the war!" wrote Toma Nelipa.
Former Ukrainian television presenter Olena Filonova also reacted to the loss.
"Our colleague, TV host Maks Nelipa, was killed in combat. I don’t believe it, it’s a heavy loss. My sincere condolences to the family and friends. Maks, your smile will always be in our memory. Rest in peace, friend. Glory to the Hero," she wrote on social media.
Maksym Nelipa was a famous Ukrainian actor and TV host. He was a star of KVN, the host of popular shows "Lose a Million" and "Pidjom", and in 2017 joined the "Dizel Show" team.
In March 2022, Nelipa decided to join the Ukrainian Defence Forces and go to war. For a year, he did not appear on social media and returned only on his birthday, October 15, 2023.
