British colonel: The West will not deploy troops to Ukraine — "too afraid of Putin"

Retired British Army Colonel Richard Kemp, who today suggested helping Ukraine develop nuclear weapons, stated at the same forum in Odesa that the United Kingdom or any other country is unlikely to deploy troops in Ukraine in the near future.

In his opinion, they do not have such capability, and they are "too afraid of Putin."

"Our contribution, if any, will likely be limited to training Ukrainian troops outside the combat zone and assisting in developing their capabilities."
