Russians cut off the finger of a Ukrainian prisoner of war from Slovyansk.

The soldier shared this after returning from captivity.

According to the serviceman, he asked the Russian occupiers why they were doing this.

“They said, ‘You don’t need it anymore,’” the soldier recounted.
