Ukraine definitely needs mobilization, as recruitment cannot meet all the needs of the army.
This was stated in an interview with Dmytro Hordon by the deputy commander of the Azov Regiment and Hero of Ukraine, Svyatoslav Palamar.
"Mobilization is necessary, that’s a fact. Recruitment alone cannot meet all the needs. ... Mobilization is needed. I believe that sometimes there are exaggerations and inappropriate actions carried out by the employees of the TRC and SS. But it seems to me that they are not as widespread as they are portrayed. It’s likely that this is being amplified, possibly by Russian disinformation operations using their resources.
There are definitely isolated cases, violations, and illegal actions. They have been identified, and there are punishments in place; there is a Code, there is the Law, and these servicemen should be punished for their illegal actions," he explained.
In Palamar’s opinion, everything should be balanced.
