Attack on the military airfield near Volgograd: 5 Su-34 fighters damaged


Five Su-34 fighters were damaged as a result of a UAV attack on a military airfield in the Volgograd region on June 27.

Sources confirmed the drone attack on the "Marinovka" airfield on June 27. As a result of this attack, 5 Su-34 aircraft were damaged: three fighters were completely burned, and the other two were partially damaged.

In addition, one serviceman was injured.

Also, according to the sources, drones attempted to attack the "Gazpromtransgaz" gas distribution station that night.

Earlier, the SSU reported an attack on the "Marinovka" airfield. According to the agency, drones destroyed two Su-34 aircraft and damaged another two. Furthermore, they reported a fire "in the technical-operational part of the enemy airfield."

Confirmation of the attack on satellite images was published by the Ukrainian project "KiberBorough."
