The Security Service of Ukraine neutralized the former head of the so-called Luhansk administration, Manolis Pilavov.
This was reported by TSN sources in the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU).
The occupant, who headed the administration from 2014 to 2023, died as a result of an explosion.
Pilavov was one of the ideologists of the so-called "Luhansk People’s Republic," an associate of the Gauleiter Plotnitsky, and personally participated in the overthrow of the state order.
