The head of the Desnyanskyi District State Administration of Kyiv, Maksym Bakhmatov, expressed his readiness to transfer the rusty "Volga" to the balance of a military unit.
He wrote this on his Facebook page.
He also published a photo of the car and noted that the car was manufactured in 2008 and has a mileage of 279,000 kilometers.
He was mocked by the military in the comments and on social media. Later, Bakhmatov deleted the post and published a message that the car had been reserved.
