The Security Service of Ukraine detained official Maryna Radova and market director Mykola Kovalchuk.
They demanded $25,000 from an entrepreneur for permission to open a passage to his café through the building’s archway.
The right to access was proposed to be formalized… for a bribe. They were caught «in the act».
By the way, Radova had already been «in the spotlight» in the media — she was one of the participants of the notorious alcohol party in the Kyiv City State Administration.
