On the night of July 21, Poland conducted patrols of its airspace using its own aviation forces and those of its allies in response to the latest missile and drone attacks by Russia on Ukraine’s territory.
This was reported by the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces.
"Attention, during the night of July 20 to 21, 2025, the long-range aviation of the Russian Federation once again launched massive missile strikes on Ukraine’s territory. Polish and allied air forces initiated operations, and ground-based air defense systems and radar reconnaissance have reached the highest level of readiness," the Polish command posted on social network X.
It is noted that the measures taken are preventive in nature and are aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens and protecting national borders.
"The Operational Command of the Armed Forces is monitoring the current situation, and the forces and resources under its command remain fully prepared to respond immediately," added the command.
