A video of the negotiation process between the delegations of Ukraine, Russia, and Turkey has been published in Istanbul.
"We hope that during the third round of negotiations, the parties will show a willingness for constructive dialogue aimed at achieving results. Ultimately, we want the outcome of these negotiations to be the establishment of peace," stated the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Fidan before they began.
The negotiations are taking place in a closed format.
