Russian troops have significantly complicated logistics in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region.
This was reported by the head of the city military administration, Andriy Besyedin.
According to him, moving around the city by car has become practically impossible — the occupiers strike using FPV drones immediately after detecting transport. As a result, it is critically difficult to deliver food, medicine, and hygiene products to the city.
“Practically without any logistics, without communication capabilities. We cannot bring in food, hygiene products to help our people,” said Besyedin.
He emphasized that the humanitarian situation in the city remains difficult. The authorities are working on alternative ways to supply aid.
