Odesa customs officer Dmytro Borovyk declared a luxury car at a laughable price

The head of the Odesa Customs post, Dmytro Borovyk, declared the purchase of a Volvo XC 90 (2024) in the USA.

The official bought it for $15,000 in June, while the actual cost of a new car is over $65,000. However, if considering a "salvage" from the USA, it could amount to $25,000. But one must take into account the import of the vehicle and its restoration.

While for some, it’s war; others can afford to spend money on luxury cars.
