Head of ARMA Olena Duma announced her resignation.
"Today, the law that strengthens the institutional capabilities of ARMA officially came into force. Therefore, it is important to do this on this very day," Duma wrote.
She also noted that an international audit will soon take place at ARMA. She "signed the statement to ensure its independent conduct."
It is worth noting that recently Zelenskyy signed a European-mandated law on ARMA reform, necessary to secure funding under the Ukraine Facility program. The law introduces new requirements for the head of ARMA, the selection procedure involving international experts, a new asset management mechanism, and control over asset transfer.
