TRCs will begin sending mobilization notices by mail in absentia

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the relevant decree No. 916.

A combat summons by registered mail may be sent to citizens who have a valid Medical Commission conclusion but do not have a deferment.

Failure to receive or refusal of such a summons may be considered evasion of mobilization, for which criminal liability is provided.

Previously, a similar system of absentee summonses was used for sending to Territorial Centers for updating data, but only a fine was provided for this.
