The HACC did not support the request to remove Chernyshov from office

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the decision to refuse the suspension of former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov. The prosecutor’s appeal was rejected.

The prosecutor insisted on the illegality of the investigating judge’s ruling, which refused to suspend Chernyshov. At the same time, the defense emphasized that since July 17, 2025, Chernyshov has been retired, so there are no grounds for suspension.

The appeal hearing took place on August 11, 2025. The relevant announcement was published by Transparency International Ukraine.
