Head of the Anti-Monopoly Committee Kyrylenko’s bail was not reduced.

During the court session, the defence requested to reduce Pavlo Kyrylenko’s bail from 25 million UAH to 3 million UAH, but the court refused to change the preventive measure. The head of the AMCU is suspected of illegal enrichment exceeding 72 million UAH.
The lawyer petitioned for the reduction of bail due to "Kyrylenko’s procedurally impeccable behavior." The defender added that the court had already reduced the bail, and the time that has passed since the beginning of the case indicates a decrease in risks.
The defence’s opinion: a significant factor is that the bail donor sent a letter to Kyrylenko requesting the return of the bail money.
The prosecution stated that there are no new circumstances or significant justifications in the defence’s petition.

The official’s father-in-law earned $300,000 from trading raspberries — this is his version during questioning in the course of the case; The court has already reduced Kyrylenko’s bail; The bail for Kyrylenko was immediately posted by businessman Mkrtchan through the company "Keramet" as "for a close person".One of the businessman’s companies is considered a branch of the Anti-Monopoly Committee.
