Russian occupiers continue their offensive in the Serebryanske forestry area, using their previous successes and the issues that have arisen in this section.
This is reported by the analytical project DeepState.
According to analysts, small groups of enemy infantry mainly operate, penetrating deep into the territory, exerting constant pressure on the positions of Ukrainian troops, and seeking any opportunity to gain a foothold.
"Sometimes it turns out that the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine exist only in reports, and suddenly the enemy appears in the rear at the positions of drone operators or already at EW units and the like," writes DeepState.
Currently, the most difficult situation is developing in the forest on the north bank of the Siverskyi Donets River from Hryhorivka to Dronivka, where the enemy can easily block the road in the area of the latter, which could lead to adverse consequences for the positions located there.
Analysts expressed hope that Ukrainian troops would be withdrawn from there in time so that they do not become encircled.
"Now the enemy is trying to completely push the Armed Forces of Ukraine out of the Serebryanske forestry and end the years-long history of battles for it. The enemy is exerting pressure towards Yampil and has already appeared near the Yampil-Zarichne highway," the report states.
Additionally, as noted by DeepState, the situation in Zarichne itself is also developing unfavorably for the Ukrainian military, as the enemy is gradually infiltrating the settlement past the positions, making it increasingly difficult to drive them out.
