Russian troops struck the center of Kostyantynivka in Donetsk region with guided FAB-250 aerial bombs.
This was reported on Facebook by Serhiy Horbunov, the head of the Kostyantynivka City Military Administration.
"The enemy delivered another strike on the peaceful city of Kostiantynivka. Guided FAB-250 aerial bombs hit the heart of the community," the statement reads.
According to preliminary data, there are no casualties or injuries among the civilian population. As a result of the shelling, the facades of an administrative building, a cultural institution, several multi-story residential buildings, and garage premises were damaged.
A resilience point was operating at the School of Arts, where people were charging their mobile phones and receiving humanitarian aid and water. "Now this place of help and support is also damaged," Horbunov noted.
