Russian troops attacked the village of Staryi Saltiv in the Kharkiv region with a drone. A 39-year-old man sustained blast injuries.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Police on Facebook.
"On August 24, around 12:05, Russian military forces shelled the village of Staryi Saltiv with a strike UAV. The facade of a non-operational store was damaged. A 39-year-old man received blast injuries," the statement reads.
It is noted that the injured man was taken to the hospital, where medical staff are providing him with the necessary assistance.
Law enforcement authorities have opened a criminal case under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
