On the night of August 24-25, Russia launched 104 drones towards Ukraine from five different directions. Most of the drones were shot down, but hits were recorded in 15 locations.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the night, Russian forces released 104 Shahed-type attack drones and decoy drones from the directions of Kursk, Shatalovo, Orel, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The defence against the attack was carried out by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
Air defense forces neutralized 76 enemy drones in the northern and eastern parts of the country.
"Hits by 28 UAVs were recorded in 15 locations, and the fall of downed drones (debris) was noted in 4 locations," the report states.
