Two Ukrainian ministries expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the Russian flag was raised at the Venice Film Festival.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture criticized the "display of the Russian flag at the Venice Film Festival." They appealed to the organizers with a request to "exclude the presence of Russia and its flag."
