On the night of August 31, Russian terrorists attacked the city of Chornomorsk in the Odesa region with strike drones, damaging an energy infrastructure facility.
This was reported by the head of Odesa’s Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
According to him, enemy drones damaged the energy infrastructure of Chornomorsk and its surroundings.
"Currently, more than 29,000 subscribers are without electricity. Recovery work has already begun. Critical infrastructure is operating on generators," Kiper noted.
He also mentioned that private houses and administrative buildings were damaged.
"In some places, fires broke out, which were quickly extinguished by rescuers. One person was injured," added the head of the Regional Military Administration.
All authorized services are working on eliminating the consequences of the attack. Law enforcement officers are documenting another crime by the Russians against the civilian population of the Odesa region.
Twice during the night, the military reported the approach of dozens of drones to the city of Chornomorsk and the village of Lymanka in the Odesa region.
