All military science is located in Russia.
This statement was made by the former commander-in-chief, Zaluzhnyi.
He believes that the ban on citing Russian sources undermines the study of military science in Ukraine.
«As of today, all military science is there [in Russia]. Let everyone who wants to, argue with me. And these, by the way, bans on citing Russian sources in scientific papers…. I don’t know how we’re going to engage in military science without citing them. Because it’s all there. Unfortunately, that’s how it turned out», said the ambassador and former commander-in-chief in an interview.
