In the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, a 13-year-old boy was injured by a Russian mine of the "petal" type – he was hospitalized in a moderate condition.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"A 13-year-old boy rode his bicycle over an anti-personnel mine of the «petal» type. As a result of the detonation, he sustained a traumatic brain injury and concussion, as well as shrapnel wounds to his face, chest, and legs," the statement reads.
Currently, the victim is in the hospital under medical supervision. His condition is assessed as moderate.
