The family of the detained detective Magamedrasulov spoke about the psychological pressure on the father

The sister of NABU detective Ruslan Magamedrasulov, detained by the SSU on suspicion of ties with Russia, revealed that before the court hearing, his 65-year-old father was stripped naked for a search.

This was reported by UP.

"Yesterday, before the hearing, 6-8 people in uniform took him to a room where they told him to strip naked, to remove everything down to his underwear, and they also checked him with various devices from behind. In other words, they wanted to humiliate him and knew for sure that my brother would find out about it, and he would be morally destroyed. This was done to morally destroy my family and humiliate my father," said Mariya Magamedrasulova in a comment to UP.

The sister of the NABU detective reported that after such stress, her father told her he would no longer attend court. Additionally, he did not immediately tell her about the incident with the search.

The court hearing was reportedly postponed due to the illness of one of the judges to September 24. Meanwhile, Magamedrasulov has already been in custody for nearly 50 days. The appeal was supposed to be considered on July 29, but since then, the hearings have been continuously postponed. The term of the preventive measure for the detective ends on September 21, so there is no point in holding the appeal hearing on September 24.
